Latest Newsletter - Friday 17th January 2025
Another busy week with some super learning from all children – lots to celebrate! This week our library visits have continued, Year 3 have attended a trip to the Science Museum, 6 Leopold have attended an art exhibition with Xavier Leopold to HSBC in Canary Wharf, Year 5 have visited the Museum of London in Docklands and swimming, PE and ‘Joy of Moving’ sessions with Millwall all continue too.
Our Collective Worship theme this week has begun to focus on ‘The Lord’s Prayer’ and we’ve looked at the Baptism of Jesus; relevant thought-provoking Psalms and ‘A New Heaven’ as described in Revelations. The theme of prayer continues this half term.
Please see attached below our full newsletter together with updated Diary Dates sheet and information regarding after school clubs (our newsletter also highlights how and when to book for these).
Wishing you, our children, and our whole school community a lovely weekend.
God bless, from the St. James’ team
